The event offered an invaluable, immersive look at one of Indonesia’s most iconic pharmaceutical and consumer health powerhouses.
What is Connectour 2025?
Connectour 2025 marks the first-ever company visit event organized by BNEC Bekasi, designed to provide students with an immediate entry point into the working world. As a new flagship program, Connectour was developed to enable participants experience actual company dynamics beyond the classroom observing how industry leaders operate, innovate, and thrive. BNEC Bekasi selected PT Bintang Toedjoe, a business known for its robust product line and progressive culture, as the perfect location for its launch. In addition to providing academic enrichment, this tour reinforced BNEC’s goal of developing well-rounded students with strong communication skills, industry understanding, and forward-thinking attitudes.
Starting the Day: Auditorium Briefing and Company Introduction
The event kicked off as all participants met at PT Bintang Toedjoe’s auditorium, where they were cordially welcomed by the corporate representative team. Participants received an insightful overview of the company’s history, flagship products, and commitment to constant innovation. The lesson highlighted Bintang Toedjoe’s vision, principles, and its long-standing reputation as part of the Kalbe Group, creating a strong basis for everything students will encounter throughout the day.

Here, students learned how Bintang Toedjoe cultivates high-quality red ginger—an essential ingredient in numerous of its hallmark products. The greenhouse showed the company’s focus to maintaining ingredient purity and promoting sustainable agricultural methods. This visit offered students a unique insight on how innovation begins all the way from raw material management.
