Organisasi Kemahasiswaan di BINUS @Bekasi, terdiri dari Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) dan Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM). Sehingga mahasiswa dapat memperoleh pembinaan dan pengetahuan mengenai hard skills dan juga untuk mengembangkan soft skills. Seluruh organisasi kemahasiswaan di BINUS @Bekasi dibina langsung oleh Student Support Office (SSO) Bekasi.
