Melalui rangkaian aktivitas terstruktur seperti refleksi pencapaian, penulisan pesan untuk diri sendiri, praktik mindfulness, dan sleep journaling, kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan mental dalam menunjang performa akademik sekaligus membekali peserta dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam keseharian.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui workshop ini, BINUSIAN diharapkan memperoleh ruang aman untuk mengekspresikan dan memroses perasaan, sehingga dapat membantu mengurangi rasa kesepian maupun depresi yang mungkin dialami.
