For me, being a mentor is not only about study or course material, but also about sharing, building empathy, learning different PoV and becoming more adaptive and innovative.

Selama menjadi mentor aku enjoy the process, karena setiap mentee datang dengan background dan starting point yang berbeda. Dari situ aku belajar banyak, sekaligus lihat gimana cara masing-masing berprogress.

Being a mentor is a new responsibility and also a space for me to grow. It may not always be easy, but it’s definitely one of the best experiences during my time in BINUS. Thank you BINUS for the opportunity, and for my mentees semoga ini mentoring terakhir, keep going and stay motivated !
